“I had an accident at my workplace at the age of 33 in 2022. I was run over by a forklift that weighed around 7,055 pounds. I have a permanent neurological damage in my left leg that causes severe pain all day and all night. After the accident due to this pain I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours a night. Whenever I woke up during the night I would stay awake. I was never able to fall back asleep.

The Technique
The technique is easy to learn, and effortless to practice twice a day for 10-15 minutes each time.
